Joel was in town on business and wanted to explore the mountains around Salt Lake City. We rented him a Triumph Tiger 800 for the day. A route was planned through the mountains and Steve came along as well. We started with a great breakfast at the famous Ruth’s Diner in Emigration Canyon.
After breakfast we headed further into the mountains, riding past Park City and into Heber City for lunch. Along the way we passed Echo and Rockport Reservoirs. Again eating for lunch this time at a famous diner call Grannies Drive Inn. From Heber we headed down Provo Canyon, stopping at Bridal View Falls for pictures.
We were able to return the bike right on time and get Joel off to his business appointment.
